The Preschool Services Department (PSD) is recruiting for Health Education Specialists (LVN) who participate in all phases of PSD health programs which includes the planning and evaluation of health service functions and collecting and analyzing health data for children up to age five enrolled in PSD preschool programs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Option 1
Experience: Must possess two (1) years of full-time equivalent work experience in a public health department or health services clinic or outpatient care work environment (e.g., home health, correctional nursing, hospices, skilled nursing, acute care facilities, etc.) which involved collaborating with health professionals in providing services
AND
License: Must possess a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse license issued by the State of California.
Option 2
Experience: Must possess two (1) years of full-time equivalent experience working in a public health department or health services provider working with children ages 0-5 which involved collaborating with health professionals in providing services.
AND
License: Must possess a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse license issued by the State of California.
