Position Summary:
Responsible for entire food service operation at a childcare center, or supports production in a central kitchen including: food preparation, purchasing, sanitation, inventory, and recordkeeping. Supports CAPSLO’s mission by ensuring that the food service operation runs smoothly and helps individuals and families in the community.
Required Education and Experience:
Combination of two years of experience in institutional or commercial food services and/or culinary science education.
