- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Behavioral Science, Human Development or management-related field required, Master’s in related field preferred.
- Program Management experience, relevant to the position requirements.
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, at least two (2) years of which were in a supervisory or program/project management capacity.
